How to Use

MIX:Empty contents of this pack in a bowl.Add 250 ml of water and 100ml of curd (Yogurt).Mix to make a smooth batter without lumps and keep aside for 5 minutes.STEAM:Grease idli plates/ baking trays with oil, pour batter into the moulds and steam in the cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes.SERVE:Remove the mould, rest for a minute, remove the idlis and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
