Semolina (84%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Refined Sunflower), Salt, Sugar, Spices &Amp; Condiments, Cashewnut, Raising Agent (Ins 500(Ii)), Split, Bengal Gram, Acidity Regulator (Ins 296).
How to Use

MIX:Empty contents of this pack in a bowl.Add 100ml of Sour curd (Yogurt).Mix to make a smooth batter and rest for 1 minute.Add 200 ml of sour curd (Yogurt) and mix well.Rest for 2 minutes.STEAM:Grease idli plates with oil and fill with batter, steam in cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 10- 13 minutes.SERVE:Carefully remove the idlis from the mould and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
