Storage and Uses

Take one Cup Dosa Mix + 11/4 Cup Water + 1/4 Curd + Get Dosa Batter Consistency + Set Aside for 5 minutes.
Make dosa on hot tawa on medium flame.
Add 1 teaspoon oil on the sides roast till golden brown colour and serve it hot.
Once opened store in an air tight container
