Ingredients

Organic Sprouted Ragi/Naachni, Cardamom. No Added Sugar Or Salt Or Milk Powder. No Preservatives, Colours Or Artificial Flavours.
How to Use

Take 3-4 tsp of the porridge mix in a clean dry vessel.Add 100 ml of cold water or milk and mix well to remove the lumps.Now cook the mixture on a medium flame for 5 mins. Ensure you continuously stir to avoid forming lumps.Serve warm with a little bit of dates powder or jaggery and ghee for flavour.
