Whole Moong is sourced from the finest Organic farms across India and is a tiny, tender oval-shaped bean with bright green skin which is soft and easily digested when cooked. When sprouted, moong beans are an excellent source of vitamin C with their rich and creamy texture making it great for salads

How to Use

Wash (whole / dals) pulses, it is best to rinse them under running water.
Put your grains to wash in a bowl and hold it under running water.
Rub the grains with your hands gently.
Rinse it until the water becomes clear. Use a large saucepan or cooking container, as pulses double or triple in volume during cooking. (Dry pulses will yield approximately 2-3 times their original amount when cooked.)
Bring water to a boil, cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer until pulses are just tender and not mushy.
