Ingredients:

Millets (50%) [Finger Millet, Foxtail Millet, Pearl Millet, Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Little Millet, Sorghum], Split Black Gram, Rice, Salt, Split Bengal Gram, Amaranth, Acidity Regulator (330), Raising Agent (500(ii)), Fenugreek. Ingredients are organic.

Storage and Uses:

1. Empty contents of pack into a bowl and add 1 3/4 cups (420ml) of water. Mix to make a smooth batter without lumps.
2. Set aside the batter for 10 minutes.
3. Spread the batter on a hot dosa pan.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from excessive sunlight.
