How to Use

Metrice - Wash 200gm of basmati rice thoroughly. Add 2 cups of water & sticks of washed & cut lemongrass. Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder & 2 tsp of Kpra Metkut powder, salt to taste & cook the rice. Finely cut carrot, french beans & parboil the vegetables. Heat a deep pan, add 2tsp olive oil or butter, saute carrot & french beans for a minute, add1/2tsp Kpra Metkut & pinch of salt. Add rice. Mix well & serve hot.
