How to Use

MIX:Empty contents of this pack in a bowl.Add 100 ml of water and 200ml of sour curd (Yogurt) to foam batter.Set aside for 5 minutes.STEAM:Grease idli plates with oil and fill with batter, steam in cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 10- 12 minutes.SERVE:Carefully remove the idlis from the mould and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
