Prepared in an iron kadai on firewood. Plant based coagulant used to treat the organic sugarcane juice. Jaggery nugget is a natural sugar which is obtained by manually stirring, melting, clarified, and thickened organic sugarcane juice after it reaches a particular temperature so that crushed jaggery nuggets are formed. This product contains no additives, is free from artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers, or binders. 100% natural.
