There is nothing more divine than washing, soaking, grinding and fermenting batter to make the heartiest meal of Idli/Dosa from scratch. However, with a hectic lifestyle, it could be a tough task. OGMO makes it easier to whip out your favourite traditional Indian meal. All you need is to add water and your breakfast, lunch & dinner is sorted. Your Idli/Dosa just got easier and faster. It also combines the goodness of our healthy ancient grains (unpolished little millet) and takes you away from the trouble of grinding & prepping batter, saving you both time & energy. Talk about a win-win. Some shortcuts are always welcome, especially when you are cooking to make your life a little easier!

Unpolished Little Millet (70%), Black Gram (22%), Wholegrain Rolled Little Millet, Himalayan Pink Salt, Fenugreek

Storage and Uses

Directions for Use Traditional Fermented Idli

Pour the content into a bowl and add water in the ratio of 1:0.75 (e.g 1 cup OGMO mix & 3/4th cup of water).
Mix well without lumps and cover it.
Let it ferment in a warm place for 10-12 hours.
Add 1tsp of curd or old idli batter for faster fermentation.
Pour batter in Idli mould and steam for 8-10 mins.

Instant Idli

Pour the content into a bowl and add water in the ratio of 1:0.75 (e.g 1 cup OGMO mix & 3/4th cup of water).
Add 1/2 tsp. baking powder (or Eno) in it.
Mix well without lumps.
Pour batter in Idli mould and steam for 8-10 mins.

Instant Dosa

Pour the content into a bowl and add water in the ratio of 1:1 (e.g 1 cup OGMO mix & approx. 1 cup of water).
Mix well without lumps and rest it for 5-7 mins.
Make Dosa or Crepes Other uses.
Uthappam, Panyaram, Savory waffles & Pancakes.
