Ingredients

Roasted rava(roasted sooji)-1 cup,
Ginger-1 inch piece chopped finely,
chillies red or green-2 nos,
onion medium size-1 no chopped lengthwise,
salt-to-taste,
oil-2tbsp
water-2 cup

How to Use

Heat oil in a pan and do the seasoning.
Add chillies,ginger and onion and fry it till translucent.
To that add salt and water and when it boils add the rava gradually.
Keep stirring and take care as not to form lumps.
Simmer the stove cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.serve hot.
