Storage and Uses

Take One Cup Idli Mix + One Cup Curd.
Check for Idli batter consistency and set aside for 5 mins.
Pour batter into idli stand, steam it for 10 mins in a cooker and serve it hot with chutney.
Once opened store in an air tight container
