Ragi Grains.
How to Use

Soak 1 Cup of Urad Dal for 8 to 10 Hrs & 2 Cups of Millet Idli Rava for 2 hours.
Grind Soaked urad dal to the fine batter and add Millet Idli Rava, Ferment Overnight.
Add sufficient salt and pour batter into Idli moulds to prepare soft and fluffy Idli.
