1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 min. 2. Heat pan add 6 cups of water, let it boil. 3. Once its boiled add soaked kolam rice. Cook till soft. 4. Once its ready, cut off heat, cover lid & leave it for 5 min. 5. Then serve hot with any gravy.
