How to Use

Take 5 large roasted Punjabi papad. Crush them in a bowl to small pieces. Add a few drops of ghee, some chopped to small pieces. Add a pinch of red chilly powder, cumin seeds and some salt to taste and toss well. Serve immediately with coriander garnishing.
