How to Use

Mix: Mix contents (200g) of the pack with 225 ml of water. Stir to a smooth batter without any lumps and set aside for 1 minute.
Fry: Heat oil (Approx. 500 ml) in a frying pan. Take one tablespoon of batter on slightly wet palm and foam into a doughnut shape. Deep fry until golden brown on medium flame.
Serve: Removes the vadas on the tissue paper to drain excess oil. serve hot with coconut chutney/sambhar.
